Sam is the heart and soul of ABC Rockstars. With a deep passion for helping children realize their full potential, she founded the organization to create opportunities for underserved youth. Sam has over 15 years of experience in youth development, nonprofit leadership, and community outreach. When she’s not leading the team, she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her family.
David Thompson
Program Director
Dave brings a wealth of knowledge in sports and recreation management. He oversees the development and implementation of all ABC Rockstars’ programs, ensuring they are both impactful and accessible to all participants. With a background in physical education, Dave is committed to promoting healthy living and fostering an environment of inclusion in all activities. He loves coaching soccer and is an avid outdoors enthusiast.
Jessica Mitchell
Youth Outreach Coordinator
Jess works directly with families and local communities to ensure that children and youth have access to the programs and resources they need. Her role includes building relationships with schools, community organizations, and volunteers. Jess is passionate about making sure every child feels empowered, valued, and included. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, photography, and volunteering at local shelters.

Operations Manager
Mike is the backbone of the organization’s daily operations. From managing logistics to ensuring the smooth running of all events and activities, Mike ensures that everything runs efficiently. With a background in nonprofit administration, he is skilled in problem-solving and strategic planning. When he’s not overseeing the day-to-day, Mike enjoys playing basketball and coaching youth teams in his community.

Volunteer Coordinator
Em plays a vital role in managing and engaging volunteers who are essential to the success of ABC Rockstars. She recruits, trains, and supports volunteers, ensuring they have the tools and resources to make a positive impact. A firm believer in the power of community, Em loves organizing volunteer events and building connections. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, crafting, and spending time with her dog.
Joshua Parker
Communications and Marketing Manager
Josh is responsible for telling the ABC Rockstars story to the world. Whether it’s through social media, newsletters, or press releases, he works to ensure our message reaches those who need to hear it. With a background in marketing and public relations, Josh is always looking for creative ways to highlight the amazing work being done at ABC Rockstars. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar and attending live music events.
